They have told us the reason why they want to remove the subsidy, is to brake the cabal bla bla bla. but with this, the importers of PMS will still sell it at the price they used to, the only difference now is that it is not the government that is paying for the excess (is is the ordinary Nigerians). Simply put, this is not subsidy removal this is transfer of subsidy burden (from govt to the people)what this simply means is more money for them in the government to chop.

Now tell me how the removal of subsidy will brake the cabal? it will instead make them richer as they will still sell the imported PMS at the same rate they have always done and in additional get the contracts of the capital projects which the government claims they would used the excess money gotten form subsidy removal. Don't forget, they will end up not implementing these capital project and no one will query them, that's why they are the cabal. Recall the IPP project of Obj regime.

the market will determine the price eg you buy from a filling station along the road for 141 bucks you now find out that another station is selling for 125 simples.
this is what is happening in the western world. grin
it all depend on how much the station buys from his supplier.
The economy must be deregulated next is power.
all this aboki holding us to ransom will hear wen soon.

no importer will bellow a given benchmark which in this case appears to be 138NGN. and at this price. they will not lose anything as that which they can no longer get form the government has been supplied by the people.
