Imagine a country of over 140million having a police force of about 300,000. Out of which i believe over 80% of these police officers are illiterate. When there are graduates roaming the streets. Graduates that can bring finesse to policing in Nigeria. They know the police is understaffed yet when the NPF recruits, they politicise it. I think a true federal structure should be adopted, where states can run their police departments.
