Has anyone noticed that the rains are sparse, its may and no rains yet. How would farmers cope. I believe theres a lot of ufo activity that affects rainfall. Its the month of may and the rains are sparse.

It usually starts raining from april and increases in may,june,july and august. Why hasnt the nigerian meterology agency issued and distress call about the weather. If one is to do research about past weather patterns in past years in nigeria, one would observe a trend, rainfall wasnt sparse like this. A lot of farmers are wary of this climatic condition and have not mobilised to their farms.

You are right. Been discussing this in my WhatsApp groups with my other farmers. Rains is supposed to begin April 26th, then flow consistently from May 1st. This is the first year i know of in 30 years that it wont rain at all from May 1st - May 6th

Because of the topography. I was around Osogbo in March, it was rainy heavily since March. It is not so in other places.
