The real people to be arrested are Top people in government, NNPC, Customs, and consultants between government and oil companies (the mediated the deal).

What motives are you talking about here? Is it not better to allow the fuel subsidy be and allow the cabal to carry on biz as usual as GEJ is timid to use his constitutional force on the cabal than remove subsidy and further impoverish the people? If GEJ is for the masses, GEJ should set in place the enabling environment before removing the subsidy. The masses are suffering untold hardship. GEJ should remember his own background and be considerate.
