Barely 24 hours after the arrest of a Boko Haram suspect, Kabir Sokoto, alleged to be behind the Christmas Day bombing of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Madalla, Niger State, the police have recovered a laptop and sensitive documents from him.

Also, the Police may collaborate with other international security agencies to trace the suspect’s link in London.

The suspected mastermind of Madalla bombing was arrested, alongside a serving military officer, on Saturday at Borno Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

He had sought assistance on Friday from the Permanent Secretary in charge of the Lodge to sleep overnight before catching a flight to London on Monday morning.

But security agencies on his trail got wind of his presence at the Lodge and raided the place on Saturday.

Findings by our correspondent revealed that the police have started investigation into the activities of Sokoto and how he masterminded the Christmas Day bombing with others.

A police source said: “We have started probing the Boko Haram member and the military officer that was in his company as at the time of the arrest.

“The police investigators have recovered a laptop and some sensitive documents from the suspect.

“We are analysing information in the laptop and the documents. One curious area of investigation is about the mission of the suspect to London. We are trying to find out whether he was going to meet some of the sponsors of Boko Haram or Al-Qaeda leaders.

“That is why we will collaborate with international security agencies to uncover his mission to London. The police are also on the trail of other suspected accomplices in the bombing of the church.”

There was tight security yesterday at the Ministry of Defence; Defence Headquarters; Army, Navy and Air Force; and Police Force Headquarters Annex in Area 10, Abuja.

A source, who spoke in confidence, said: “The government has decided not to take things for granted, that is why we have the tight security measures everywhere.

“All sensitive installations and offices are also under 24 hours surveillance, in spite of the five-day strike action. We have adopted a pre-emptive approach to check the Boko Haram menace.

“The government is working round the clock to keep every part of the country safe for all.”

If i have the chance to see you, i wont think twice to put a bullet to your head.

Beaf, you succeeded in convincing Ibos that you and them are one people and they should camp with you to break the influence of SW. Ignorant of your sinister motive they believed. Under a false sense of security they put aside their grieving spirits over bokoharam to join and support you in your pro SS rally. They cheered and rejoiced a victorious GEJ deploying guns and boots to Lagos. That was yesterday. Today has dawned and boko is back in news. Their grief is returned, welcomed by the sad news that Kabiru Sokoto escaped. They need you now to standby them and be pro SE in whichever way you know to, including getting Gej to dispatch incompetent zombies to Abaji to fish sokoto out. Instead, your downcreek a s s is here opening posts about what police retrieved at the raid. How does this post help your kinsmen in SE?

You are a fool. . .but even worse, the ibos are retarded for believing in your fake fraternal order of oil producing villages that you both put up in the SS/SE coalition. Get ya downcreek behind in that escape post and console your SE brothers, before you take us on your london connection, go resolve the Abaji connection first of all.
