Endless Prayer

Pray without ceasing.

 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Angel Medly worked in the newspaper times and was out of money to pay her house rent. She had borrowed and borrowed that year for her medical trips treating her lungs disease. So she was out of her budget again to meet up with her accommodation obligations.

She resorted to doing a 6 am daily prayer for an hour for 40 Days a period during which she was met with divine intervention in her finances. She got a new job and was promoted to a new rank in her side hustle and she now lives in a place better than where she used to reside.

Prayer is a problem solver but prayer should not be our last resort. It should be our greatest resort. When we raise our hands in deep need for God's favor and help it can come in with many answered prayers and assistance. God answers prayers and persistent prayers carry tremendous weight in the realm of the spirit. God would be doing us a great deal of help when we turn to him for assistance. He is an ever ready God who can be rellied upon for help in desperate times.


Prayer may not be our strongest points as people but prayer has proven to do the impossible many times in history and has altered many dying situations to living situations. May we continue to trust God through prayer to change and improve our situations



Key Point: Prayer should not be our last resort for it is our greatest resort.


Prayer: Lord help me to rely on you through faith and prayers and trust you for a change in my situation. Amen
