Dear NRC, It is highly unprofessional that the only train serving the South-South to Itakpe route is faulty, yet no notice was given to the public. Commuters depend on your services and deserve timely updates when disruptions occur. At the very least, such information should be clearly updated on your website and official channels. Anything less shows disregard for passengers’ time, plans, and trust. Nigeria deserves a railway system that values transparency and accountability. 1 Like |
