Employers has don't appreciate my effort, commitment and creativity because I was in the habit of coming late to work ( which is indiscipline) I realized late because I always feel like I am being used. I had to compromise to make up for my indiscipline. |

Hmmm! I failed in financial discipline and management in the early stage of my life. I used to spend almost all my money on food, and unfortunately, that habit stayed with me even as I grew older. I also had another terrible mindset: whenever I wanted to buy things for my house—like a fridge, washing machine, or other items—I would pray for a job that paid me about ₦800,000 per month so I could buy everything at once. Looking back, that was one of the biggest misconceptions I had about money. Recently, I changed my mindset. Now, if I have ₦50,000, I make sure to use it wisely and get whatever I truly need without waiting for a "big break." This has been one of my major lessons and personal failures in life. |
