Major job responsibilities
Network Implementation & Support Services.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers, Catalyst Switches & WLAN Access Points.
Preventive maintenance of Cisco network devices.
Preventive maintenance of horizontal & vertical network cable-plant.
Documentation and reporting of network services.


Special knowledge, skills and abilities required (the candidate must have) for this position
Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routers, Catalyst Switches & WLAN Access Points.
Technical reporting & effective communication skills.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities desired (Having these skills will be an added advantage but not mandatory)
Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco network security devices e.g. ASA/PIX Firewalls, IPS/IDS Sensors.

Qualification and previous work experience ( Also indicate how many years of experience you have)
B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or Engineering.
CCNP certification.
Minimum of 2 years work experience (1 year hands-on with Cisco networking).
