please i need ur advice. I have a first degree in English lang(BA-2'1)now i want to move to management(personnel management)for my second degree.i have been gettin conflicting advice. First i was told to do a Pgdm before going for masters.then again i was told i did nt need a pgdm to go for my masters.please advice me on the right way to go about this. |

pgd improves your chances of getting into the masters, i was told. some also do it instead of, or before, the service year. |

Switching from one faculty to another requires a PGD. You need a PGD first. |
