Dear Nairalanders,

Please are there estates between Jakande & Awoyaya near or along Lekki - Epe expressway that have good number of houses currently built and inhabited that I can buy a land for under 10m Naira?
It would mainly be for investment reasons with a desire to sell in 2 year's time after appreciation and I would like to buy 2 at maximum 15m Naira total.
Please advice (Pardon me if any topic like this came up before, I tried to check)

Base on your Budget (10-15m)and location of choice(estate within Jakande-Awoyaya) with intention of having two plots for investment purpose it might be difficult but, to work with ur specification, u can secure a 4 bedroom terrace not plots, as the service plots are all sold out now within this estate,LEKKI GARDEN ESTATE, so for the investment purpose u can buy into the four bedroom terrace now while the promo last and you can be sure in 2 year time you will sell to earn more than 200% ROI(return on investment),because lot of factors to drive up price would have come to play then like, the advantage of ur low entry price now become noticeable,also road construction would have pass that side etc.


What is the Damage? 13.5m------3month payment plan,pay 10.5m now and 1m each for 3months
14m---------6month payment plan,pay 8.5m now and 1m each for 6months
15m---------12month payment plan,pay 5m now and 840k each for 12months
16m---------24month payment plan,pay 4m now and 500k each for 24 months

So you can actually spread paying up,but for investment purposes and not where u want to stay now,depending on ur cash flow its better to go for shorter payment plan for the benefit of low entry price,but where u have constant cash flow u can enjoy 24 payment plan while you turn your income in other means to pay for the installment here and also enjoy time value of money.
