Nah waoh,when I can get new one for 300k, aside my car I bought naija used because I needed it desperately due to bad leg then as a result of accident, though it's still serving me but deep down I want to give it to mummsy and change it I have never bought fairly used anymore, Sorry ooo,we learn every day |

Since you have his name, phone number and address,why not take appropriate legal steps against him instead of opening up your self to claims in defamation |

You are setting yourself up for a big legal case. From what you explained here, this doesn't still qualifies you to blackmail him on the public internet domain as a scammer. You are taking the law into your hands. He can sue you for defamation in the court of law , and you would pay heavily for damages. He sold a product to you , and you received the product, unfortunately the product was faulty. The best you can do is to return the AC to his shop and request for a refund. Or possibly report him to the police. Don't let your emotions and Ignorance land you into a Big trouble. |

Impactever:When he has refused to refund? Or when he is telling me that the only time i can return the AC is to come with the technician that installed it. Okay, I am ready for a court case |

Impactever:He can't sue the o.p . Judges are not stupid. The seller certainly acted in bad faith. You've got to have a good name before you can win a defamation case as the British court told Al Fayed,the seller hasn't got one. |

Baronthecelebri:I am not in the state. I told him to send his dispatcher to take the AC to him and i will cover up for the transportation and he hanged the call on me. He said i need to tell my technician who only came to install the AC to bring the AC to his shop and explain to him what is wrong with the AC. I asked if he will pay the technician to come there he has not replied. I asked for a replacement no positive response from him

Baronthecelebri:before i told him to deliver the AC to me, i told him to include the hangers and fill the gas. He said he will do all that. When the AC arrived, the first technician said there was no hangers and there was no gas in the AC. He said he forgot to include the hangers. I spent 17k for the hangers. I told him to pay 16k for the gas, he said he already filled gas in the AC that my technician is lying even when we showed him a video of the technician checking for the gas. He kept insisting that he wasnt checking it properly. I called another technician, the second technician said he never put gas in the AC. I even drove to where they sell AC and they confirmed he never filled gas in it. Yet this guy swore he filled gas in the AC. Th second technician noticed the copper pipe was damaged and requested for a new one in which i bought it and also paid for gas to be filled. After everything, we tested the AC with generator. And the outdoor AC made so much bad noise than a spoilt generator. The indoor AC wasnt cooling. My technician suspected internal leakage and told me to use it for the night and observed. That was how i burnt my fuel through the night and the AC was not a single bit cold.. for a 1.5 hp inverter AC. Nepa brought light in the morning and the whole compound was noisy from the outdoor AC.. and still AC was not cold. Told him to send his dispatcher to take it for replacement he said my technician should bring it to his shop and explain to him what he did. Oya refund the money, he hanged call on me |
