My Bluetooth is not working on my Dell latitude 7280.. I have tried to install softwares and drivers for Bluetooth but still not working but Wi-Fi is working . Bluetooth power on and off option not available. Please I need help |

Look for a hardware button or keyboard combination (Function keys) to manually turn on the Bluetooth hardware/device (search Google for your brand of laptop). If it's on already and still doesn't work, then It appears your wireless network card/module only supports WiFi connectivity but no Bluetooth. Some support both WiFi and Bluetooth others don't. So either change the card to one that supports both, or just buy an external Bluetooth USB device. |
