Guys help me for some months now, I've been havong problem.to recharge, check balance or use any ussd code on my phone.

I have Samsung galaxy a12 with dual sim, airtel and mtn, if I use any ussd code with airtel on my phone it work very well, but with mtn, it will not work, but if I remove the mtn and put it on another phone, it will work but not on my phone,

I noticed since I installed my mtn app on my phone that's when I couldn't ise the ussd code I have try everything I could do yet its not working

Please how can I fix my USSD code not running? I enter the code, for example *323*1# or any code and it says, "Connection problem or invalid MMI code." It hardly works with any codes. The IMEI one (*#06#) works. I've tried restarting and other troubleshooting things too.

Don't worry.... Its a problem from MTN... They are having an issue with there 4G network upgrade since few months.... Just remove your network from 4G and put it to 3G in your phone setting. This will immediately stop the problem u are having.... Warm regards!

Thanks you so much, it work just as you have directed, I can't thank you enough, I have bn battling with this problem for months now, and it has really frustrated me. Thank you so so much.

I also have another problem in my airtel line too, if I subscribe for data, the data will not work, though the line still carry zain and it is 3g sim, but if I remove it from my phone and insert it in another phone, the data works fine. I don't know maybe it's my phone or I should upgrade the sim to 4g

Go for sim retrieval at any MTN outlet.
