Investing In Real Estate In The North; The Pros And Cons. by ChrisChino(m): 9:53am On Jan 25, 2012
Many people have invested in most of the states in the north, be it Igbos, Yourubas and so many other ethnic groups.
Especially here in kaduna, places like Barnawa, Sabo, Romi, Television and Gonin-Gora have been developed by these group of people. They have landed properties and several buildings and making good profits from there. Now these are investment that one cannot relocate to another state except you sell them to a willing buyer, and presently, many peoplee are scared to invest in these northern states.
So, what should such a person do to his investments in the case where there is a reason to relocate his base either due to Boko Haram's Boombings, Religious crisis, Ethnic war or civil war?
