Do not give consent to the test (if you are an adult... If you are under age, you parents have the right to test you and enroll you in their rehab).

They have no right to test you without consent, there's no Nigerian law that mandates drug testing without probable cause but of course we already know they do things with no regard for lawfulness hence avoid such situation at all cost!

It does not work like that.

In most countries, the anti-drug agencies target drug dealers and not users. There is a minimum amount of drugs that you can possess that will be considered criminal, like 200mg of coke (that was just an example). The law will presume that smaller quantities than that is for self use and not for sale.

Drug users are considered victims of the drug trade, and not not perpetrators.

I'm not a lawyer ... but we need to understand that there are differences in being in possession of illegal drugs .... being under the influence of illegal drugs ... and testing positive for illegal drugs.. The topic is about testing. I believe it is not legal for one to be charged for testing positive for illegal drugs.... being in possession is different. Legally, the circumstances surrounding the test is what will give them the locus. If they randomly pick people without the person consenting to the test, they will not have any ground in court.
