He is a narcissist who doesn't listen to others, he decided randomly about your job description even when it wasn't on your terms of service. He would just decide to sack an employee out of the Blues without any provocation.
And mind you if you are relocating to Lagos and he sacks you he won't let you spend even an hour in the accommodation provided and he doesn't care how you navigate your way back home. So just be careful and especially those relocating from one part of the state to another.
