everyone in the house, please i am trying to start learning 3d program and i will need some advice from everyone in nairaland. i would like to know what type of organisation i can work when i am done with my training cos i dont want the situation where by i will be searching for employment. please what is the usefulness of the program?

Clay model rendering of a BMW 7 series - 1st attempt.

Clay models are used when you want to concentrate on other things, eq. animation, other than the final rendering/texturing etc.

Software 3DS Max 2010

Thanks.  To me, 3dsmax does more with respect to animation, modelling  and tons of available professional materials compared to Sketchup. But l must say sketchup is easy to use and integrates with Google map / gis positioned environment.

Just completed rendering this animation [7+ hours].

Objective was to have a small pool of water rise and form my name, and then splash down on the surface.

Created using NextLimit Realflow 5. Rendered using Mental Ray in 3DSMax 2010

Nice one tosin, however you can try-out 3-point-lighting next time as most of this model is lost to the bg and shadows due to weak lights.
