Sack key ministers and cabinet members he thinks are not measuring up or Nigerians blame more for the abysmal performance of his government

Plan F
Damn the consequences. Use the appeal and supreme courts to remove strong opposition parties from the ballot and flee when trouble starts

Plan G
Use INEC to announce him as a winner whether he wins or not.
