please i downloaded a php software and the system is not recognising any file after extracting it please let anyone on nairaland help me use and explain to me what am missing. |

Have you install Apache server on your computer first before install PHP? |

Your APACHE or IIS webserver is not communicating with your php. In order to test that, type <?php phpinfo(); ?> and save the file in your htdocs folder for apache. then open the browser and navigate to the file. If it shows you php documentation screen then your webserver is working if not i guess you should re-install it. |

Install Apache Web Server, if you can go manually good and fine else use WAMP! Windows-Apache-MySQL-PHP = go to google and search for it, it will install apache and mysql all togther and create your localhost directory instantly. No hassles! Find it! |
