Indian ministers caught watching indecency in assembly Two ministers of the right wing BJP party have been caught by a local Bangalore TV station, allegedly watching indecency film clips on a mobile phone on the floor of the legislative assembly. Lakshman Savdi and CC Patil were named as the ministers in local media reports.
