Programmer must have experience in developing web applications.
Programmer must be ready to work extra hours if necessary.
Programmer must be very familiar with Object Oriented Programming or SOA.
Programmer must know how to work with a team.
Programmer must have developed applications from scratch to finish.
Programmer must be creative and must be familiar with web application aesthetics.
