CAN'T decided what to buy your kids this Christmas? How about this doll's des res — a snip at just £34,995!

The luxury red brick-style mansion boasts six rooms and a sumptious interior to put most full-size homes to shame.

Or for the same money you could forget about the doll's house and get a REAL house instead in Accrington, Lancs.

The doll's mansion, just 80cms high and 110cms wide, is in a much sought after London location—top people's store Harrods.

The "quintessential Georgian Gothic" property has only one bedroom, plus a bathroom, kitchen, hallway, lounge and sitting room.

It comes with chandelier, carpets and original art on the walls.

It even has working lamps and a well-stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The attention to detail is staggering, with a newspaper left on a chair and shoes left in the hallway.

By contrast, the £35,000 property in Augusta Street, Accrington, is just a humble mid-terrace. But it does have one more bedroom.

The doll's house has been made by art historians Kevin Mulvany and Susan Rogers of Bradford-on-Avon, Wilts. It took three months to build, has a "15,000 brick finish", and is on display in Harrods' toy department until Christmas.
Interest

Susan revealed yesterday: "A lot of people have shown an interest in it already."

But despite the price tag, they think of it as more as a first-time buyer's property.

Three years ago, one of their miniature homes sold for an eye-watering £200,000.

Fantastic, it's good to know that beautiful things are still being made by hand.
