Job Description

An e-network marketing company is looking for energetic, passionate and dependable team players to convert prospective clients to business clients.

Job Title: Customer Resource Officer.

Qualification
· Candidates must be a graduate with minimum qualification of BSC/B.A in any social science course.
· Candidate must be computer literate and very conversant with the use of the internet.
· Required experience 1-2 years. Previous customer service and sales experience would be an advantage.
· Candidate must be resident in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.
· Candidate must be male, please note that female applications would not be honored.

Skills
· Candidate must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· Candidate must possess excellent report writing skills.
· Candidate must possess strong communication skills, whether liaising with contacts or working as part of a team.
· Candidate must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
· Candidate must possess proven excellent attention to detail
· Candidate must be dynamic and creative, a real go getter who fully understands budgets and return on investment and the full spectrum of marketing activities.
· Candidate must possess the ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines and stay cool under pressure.
· Candidate must be focused and highly organized with great ability to multi task.

Roles.
· Candidate must proactively follow up prospective clients and ways to drive up conversions to actual clients.
· Candidate will proactively look for new marketing, advertising and promotional opportunities ensuring the continued success of the brand.
· Candidate must be a self motivated, confident, proactive and tenacious individual with an excellent creative flair ideally with a background in sales and marketing.
· Candidate must be prepared emotionally, physically and mentally to liaise with high network individuals and multinational companies for new leads and opportunities.
