can someone pls help, i have been trying without success to use my picture as desktop background on my hp mini laptop- windows 7 starter 32 edition. i have downloaded graphic drivers and BOIS , non has been of help. what is the next step nairaland computer gurus? anticipating ur solutions.  |

Sorry bro, but the Starter edition of Windows 7 does not support/allow changing the background picture. I don't know if there is a work around. |
