Oga,age declaratn is used wen u dont hav birth certificate.Wen u go 2 high court n tell dem u wnt acceptance or guarantor's letter,dey wil show u wer 2 type it...jst tell dem its 4 uniben...All u need is 2 knw ur name, ur Dad or Mums name (As guarantor) n d name of ur school.They will help u do evrytin n speak all d big big grammers in d letter,u'll pay dem 100 or 200 naira & bounce. U dnt need 2 crack ur brain.I tink u r ok? I am afraid 2 leave my 2go ID nw cuz if sm pple add u,dey wil literarily murder u wit questns.

it happened to my friend last year. He went to jamb headquaters at Abuja to retify it.am afraid u might have to do same. ABUAD gave u adms b4 uniben dats why it is showing on jamb site.
