I need a decent 3-bedroom flat in a nice and serene environment with ample parking space and decent compound around Surulere or environs except Aguda, Ijesha or Itire/Lawanson road. Central part of Surulere preferred.

I am a corporate tenant and am Yoruba. Budget is between 400 to 500k (for 2 years) or 550k one year option.


Only serious and genuine estate agents please. I am tired of people beating about the bush.
