Sheezy: YOU WICKED!!! Why dont you go and post your vacancy in primary schools or school certificate leavers. Does a web designer look like one unskilled profession to you? Just make it an apprenticeship thing for people willing to learn more on web designing, that way you wont even need to pay them. |
