Location is close to Ojodu, Ikeja, Alagbole, Akute, Ogba, Agege areas of Lagos


In this role,
you will,
Engage directly with shoppers and turn every communication into an exciting customer experience
Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor throughout every interaction
Assist in tracking lost packages and resolving issues with our distribution team
Provide information to customers relating to fit, color, material, and size
Develop a deep awareness of our products and brands to provide educated product recommendations and styling suggestions


You,
Possess atleast 6 months of customer service experience
Are a talented communicator, with a mastery of verbal and written language
Are computer proficientAre phone manners proficientType really fast
Customer satisfaction centricPossess excellent conflict resolution skills
Have an interest in continued learning, and know when to ask for help
Have a love for fashion!Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc), e-mail
Take orders over the phone and follow up
