Fast growing VC/PE Company with funds over $180million under management, active in venture capital and private equity investments is looking to hire the following individuals:

1. Investment Manager for the Lagos office (Ref: F 100)
The successful candidate should be able to analyze, negotiate, structure, and present investment or divestment proposals to the Investment Committee for approval. He/She should be able to understand investment related legal documents and also be able to monitor and assist portfolio companies.

Essential qualifications:
• Excellent academic background with an MBA from a leading business school.
• 4-6 years working experience in venture capital, corporate finance, consulting or within the acquisition department of a strategic investor.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, cash flow modeling knowledge, ability to understand business environment, excellent communication skills.

2. Investment Associate for the Lagos office (Ref: F 200)
The successful candidate should be able to research, analyze, and assess investment opportunities. He/She will work closely with management team in preparing proposals to the Investment Committee.

Essential qualifications:
• Excellent academic background in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus.
• 2-4 years working experience in venture capital, corporate finance, consulting or Big 4 accounting firms.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
