THEME:BE GENEROUS WITH YOUR GIFTS AND TALENTS
The rich man in today's gospel reading(Luke 16:19-31) is punished not because of his God-given wealth,but for lack of sensitivity to the need and plight of the poor Lazarus. A look at our world today shows stark poverty amidst of affluence. I am sure that if Christ were to come today many people will suffer the same fate as that of the rich man. You do not need to be a Bill Gates before you can wipe away tears from the eyes of your neighbour.
