I am quite confused about the topic. If they are different, how can I procure a treasure bill and what are the interest like? |

You can actually get your Treasury Bills from any commercial bank or Discount House......You can get rates as high as 15% depending on whether you are buying in the primary market or the seconddary market,.. |
