Candidates should have a certificate in either secretariat studies, marketing, business administration or other related discipline
 Candidates for (3) should possess a certificate(BSC and HND) in sciences, social sciences or arts and must be from a reputable university
 All candidates must have completed NYSC as at February 2012, must have good written and communication skill, should have good computer knowledge and should be willing to learn
