I cant imagine being broke when I have money in the bank and atm to make withdrawals. This is the case for intercontinental bank customers. After the takeover, the intercontinental atms have been useless(issuer inoperative) no transaction alerts. It takes hours and even days for deposits to reflect. Now you can only withdraw through the counter, even if its N1000. And access is less concerned as they havent been proactive. Even their atm machines are deserted. As a customer, am frustrated and am not alone in this as i have seen |

I noticed the difficulty in conducting transactions via atm too, although i doubt that it's a deliberate endeavour by the guys at Access bank to punish us Intercontinental customers for lacking foresight from the beginning. I also doubt that this topic is in the right section. |
