I got a sms to join zing, looks like a phone instant messenger... anyone know anything about it? SMS link was to http://zing.im to download, looks like they got bb, java, android and ios clients ..looks good, but no contacts yet |

Had some time to play around with it. Mixture of Mxit, WhatsApp and 2go ... has "Zones" which allows you to grab content (news, horoscopes, etc). Chatting looks much better than any of the others on Java and Blackberry, haven't seen Android or iPhone yet. Stuff I've seen: - Mini profiles (pics, status) - Nice chatting ui with message delivery / typing notification - Group chats I think it has potential. |
