I have an American mandate to a buyer of BLCO. This is what they want: - Freshly loaded vessel (preferred) - Verification of allocation/lifting rights, nomination of vessel and LAYCAN. - CIF & 2% PB - Seller will SWIFT bond first before buyer places any instrument (POF or BG or BCL) - Seller's assurance should be in the form of D/LC when bond is issued If this is okay with Seller then vessel will be taken over in a TTO format.
