What is clay?
In brick-making terms, clay covers a range of naturally occurring raw materials which are used to make
a product. The clays vary considerably in physical properties, colour, hardness etc, and mineralogical
content. They do, however, have certain properties in common. They have the ability to be crushed and
mixed with water to form a plastic material which can be moulded into various shapes. This can then be
fired to a high temperature during which process it attains a hard, weather resistant characteristic.

Clay brick making machine features:

1. The body of clay brick making machine are welded by steel plates, steel castings. The spindle and clay tablet are processing primarily. The machine can run smoothly without foundations because of the stable body and high concentric spindle, which is easy for the installation and move.

2. The bearing box of clay tablets and mud tank are set separately. So the concentricity is good and the mud could not get into the bearing. So the clay brick machines have a long service life.

3. The broken could not fell into the mud tank to affect production because the dual safety device of the pressure fender.

4. The spindle bearings and pressure fender gear are difficult to wear because they work in the lubricant.

5. It is convenient to change the screw because floating-axis structure and six sets of connection of the spindle.
