For years, they’ve relied on Israel for electricity, water, and other essentials, yet they’ve done little to improve their own situation. Where did all the billions in aid from the US, EU, and others go? Straight into Hamas’ pockets, funding tunnels, weapons, rockets, and even repurposing water pipes for rocket launches. And now they have the audacity to complain and cry!........

This govt always act low and doesn't know how to pacify the citizens. Those Nigerians in diasporas are mostly not homesick. They just wanted to come and flex. So since you are facing them, they will rather send that money to their relatives. Govt should focus on taxing foreign investors, eradicating corruption, insecurity and providing jobs. Instead of constructing roads and bridges in areas that doesn't need it. A progressive country doesn't practice this type of democracy that Nigeria is doing. Things are to be done intentionally for the development of the nation. What we see most times is politics of settlement, fighting opponents and doing white elephant projects. Little energy is channeled towards intentional projects.
