Mr. President, the best thing to do is to DELIBERATELY develop policy frameworks, specify opportunities and create vital incentives to encourage existing and potential local investors to put money into the various sectors of the economy.

The UK for one was built on strong Christian value and I don't see why this trash blasphemy is being discussed. It's within your human Right to criticize any religion, and Islam isn't special. Thousands if not millions have been murdered worldwide by Muslims, thousands raped in the UK by Muslims, no one is talking about that, but here we are having a conversation about blasphemy laws so you don't get to criticize Islam.
