I use to swim in a pond before, the pond gets its water
from a river about 10 kilometer away. Initially i
didn't want to swim in the pond because
people swim, do laundry and do dirty things in
the river which the pond got its water from,
but some elderly women said the water will be
as clean as new before it got to the pond, they
said it a nature. That was year 2000.
About 7 years ago i started seeing some
symptom but i never knew what it was. I spit
frequently, get irritated with any dirty things,
if i a poo i won't eat throughout that day, i
hate seeing someone that has a big wound
(alms beggers) i hate seeing slowpoke, i have
acnes on my face, something vibrates in my
body (it doesn't move) i am slim compared to
my kid days, i had mouth odor but it has gone
automatically, my hair is not growing longer its
barely 1 inch since 8 month ago. I have never
Were Intimate when i started seeing the
symptoms cos i was 14-yr-old then. I am still
infected till now though no more mouth odour
since the past 3 yrs. Please help my life. I want
to be free, this thing is depriving me of my
youthful days cos i am just 22

If the pool or pond is dirty or not properly cleaned then yes you can get infected.

there are many diseases that one can get from swimming in ponds/rivers etc, here are a few:
- Trachoma.
- E. coli.
- Typhoid.
- Paratyphoid fever.
- Hepatitis A.
- Legionellosis aka Legionnaire's disease.
- Shigellosis aka Bacillary dysentery.
- Leptospirosis aka Weil disease.
- Giardiasis aka Beaver fever.
- Cryptosporidiosisaka aka Cryptosporidim parvum.

- Acanthamoebiasis.
- Pseudomonas aka Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Yes you can get an infection from a pond, you can even get them from swimming pools.

Well, i asked the question cos i don't know how i got infected. I was trying to figure out the cause of the symptoms so i remembered the days of swimming in dirty pond when i was 13/14. I am sorry if i am not making sense, i am just trying to know what's wrong so i can know what to treat

- if i a poo i won't eat throughout that day: try to shiit at night before going to bed.

- i have acnes on my face: many people do, and i can safely say that most have NOT swam in a river/pond.
- something vibrates in my body (it doesn't move): make up your mind, if it vibrates then it surely moves.
- i am slim compared to my kid days: ask your mother to feed you better.
- i had mouth odor but it has gone automatically: better mouth hygiene/life is all that is needed to cure mouth odor
- my hair is not growing longer its barely 1 inch since 8 month ago: maybe if you comb you hair you will realize thats its longer.
