hi, i have 2 plots of land and im looking for siutable plansfor structures to go on it,not sure exactly what im looking for but im open to suggestions. so if anyone has a plan please share it with me thanks

Ofans, the kind of plan to develop for you will depend on some factors such as what type of structures you want to put on the plot - e.g. is it strictly private residence or commercial purpose (block of flats)? Then the location of your land also determine wot structure should come up on it. No mater how many houses you have you can only sleep in one room. Make sure the building(s) on one of the plots is designed for rentage, one bed room flats, shops, offices etc. check with your estate surveyor friend from school for good recommendations.
