if you have a serious buyer kindly get back to us. We are Oil and Gas buyer/seller facilitators link.We have access to a German reliable seller of BLCO.Find below seller business procedure for a successful deal.Here buyer(s)must adhere strictly to the seller's procedure.

1. End buyer issue LOI and Seller send signed and sealed Sales/Purchase Contract Agreement
(SPA) containing Seller’s banking coordinates and
A- CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP IN NAME OF SELLER
B- ALLOCATION DOCUMENT IN NAME OF SELLER
C- SALES LICENSE ISSUED TO SELLER
D- THE ALLOCATION WITH NNPC THROUGH ITS APPOINTED AGENT
AS WELL AS
E - THE PRO-FORMA INVOICE FOR THE FIRST SHIPMENT.

2. Buyer's bank communicate with seller bank by sending notification letter by swift to seller's bank notifying of buyer’s capability and readiness to issue DLC(Documentary Letter of Credit) after recieving sellers 2% PB

3. Sellers bank issues irrevocable non-operative Transferable 2% PB via swift to the buyer's bank... The 2% PB will be placed in buyer's account should the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product, this 2% PB will be paid to buyer and intermediaries accordingly as compensation

4. Within 5 working days of receiving sellers 2% PB the swift confirmation from Buyer's bank. Buyers bank issues 100% DLC for each cargo shipment of monthly delivery which activates sellers PB

5. Within seven (7) banking days of Paragraph 7 above, Seller furnishes CPA & Q88 and the following documents to Buyer and/or Buyer’s bank:

1 original and 3 copies of Certificate of Quantity
1 original and 3 copies of Certificate of Quality

1 original and 3 copies of Certificate of Origin

1 Original and 3 copies of master’s receipt of samples

1 Original and 3 copies for master’s receipt of each one-copy document,
excepting commercial invoice

1 Original Ullage report issued at loading terminal.

1 Original and 3 copies of cleanliness report at loading port.

6. Buyer gives clearance for the nominated vessel from discharging port harbor master and the details of Buyer’s storage facilities, including evidence of lease, capacity of storage and authority
to load, or other evidence of Buyer’s storage facilities‘ readiness to take the cargo, so that Seller’s vessel may confirm discharge at Buyers designated port. Upon completion of loading, Vessel Captain sends ETA to Buyer’s discharge port upon sailing from Seller’s port of loading with Bill of Lading, Certificate’s of Quality, Quantity and Origin.

7. Buyer’s storage facilities responds to Seller’s vessel captain with the NOR to receive the cargo. Further ETA updates to be sent to Buyer’s port of discharge ten (10) and five (5) days and then 48, 24 and 12 hours prior to arrival.

8. Vessel sails to discharge port where Q&Q analysis is conducted by Buyer’s nominated Inspection Company. Inspection Company must be SGS, Saybolt or comparable inspection company.

9. Vessel discharges its cargo at Buyer’s designated port and within three (3) international banking days after Buyer has received the Discharge Report and all relevant documents presented by the Seller, as shall be confirmed by the vessel Captain, Buyer makes payment in United States dollars by KTT Wire Transfer directly to Seller’s nominated Bank Account.
