Recruitment Process

Stage I: Interested applicants with requite qualifications and/or experience must first take an pass the G-Nice International Foundation Workplace readiness and assessment to proceed to the next stage.
At the end of the assessment qualified candidates who met the requirements of the assessment will be invited for preliminary interviews for the second Stage of the recruitment process.

Please Note: The G-Nice International Foundation workplace readiness and assessment is not free. Candidates are expected to pay a non-refundable sum of =N= 1,500 only for this assessment.

Stage II: Preliminary Interview
Successful Candidates of stage I will be invited for preliminary interviews for the respective positions they are applying for. Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited for the final stage of the recruitment process.

Stage III: Employment Interview
Candidates who get to this stage will be interviewed to negotiate for salaries and start- dates.
