The procedure is TTT, and PROMPT PAYMENT based: Buyer forward to us a VALID RECEIPT OF CPA,VESSEL DETAILS and SUPERCARGO.
Seller will arrange for a meeting place. Paymaster must be present and after pumping, buyer effect payment and everyone (agents & facilitators)
get their commission. DEAL CLOSE.
