I used 'noni juice' to help with the cravings when I wanted to stop (2008). Works like a charm. It removes the chemical cravings when you are working on quitting. I haven't smoked since and never plan to start up again. A major part of it is believing in why you want to stop. Apart from the obvious health reasons, in my case, I didn't want my first child to associate his father with cigarettes. |

Addictions are problems of the mind. The drugs may be able to manipulate the brain for a while but it's not sustainable. You just have to learn to reprogram your mind and get a compelling reason for quitting; WHY do you need to stop smoking? There's a guy who's an expert in this matter.
