yes that is the point and also we are command not to have them on the body in the bible but the main point was he said the bible does not talk about it, when it does?

so now i hope we can have peace people i thank all the people for there comments from christ embassy and none christ embassy members

Joagbaje: " FOR THE DEAD" . . Sayeth the lord. Every reference to body msrk in the bible has to do with rituals for the dead

Deuteronomy 14:1
Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

Leviticus 19:28
Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord.

Jeremiah 16:7
Neither shall men tear themselves for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead. . . .

The point of emphasis is not the cutting or mark on the body but the ritualistic purpose
