This evening, the phone turned off on its own and when it rebooted, all that is showing on the screen is 'JVM Error 545' Reset (in bold). I have clicked continously on reset but it just reboots and nothing happens. Please what could the problem be and what should I do. Thanks alot.

You need to connect your phone to a computer that has the blackberry desktop software already installed, and reinstall your operating system, you probably downloaded a rogue application.
