And most likely, there wasn't much that person could do about it. Some mobile carriers and the U.S. government are now trying to change that. Can't the same be done in Nigeria? |

It can be done, but our Network Providers, do not feel they owe an 'duty of care ' to its subscribers. The level of customer service and quality of service, is enough to proof that point. |
