Henry40: - Sixth Sense (psychologist trying to give help to a child that sees and communicates with ghosts, only to discover at the end that he himself is also a ghost)
- The Others (a woman and her family trying to get rid of ghosts haunting her house only to discover at the end that she and her family are the ghosts haunting the house, and the 'ghosts' she's trying to get rid of are the new owners of the house trying to get rid of her and her family.)
- The Godfather (would have never imagine he'd lose his daughter at the end)
- The Hangover (would have never imagined where they'd discover their friend)
- Shutter Island (would have never imagined he'd end up a patient in that same hospital, and his partner a doctor in it)

Oga no vex, but As much as i am a strong fan of "The God Father" there is no twist there, Also The Hangover is a great movie and i get your point, but i wouldn't still consider it a twist!

The sixth sense.......I felt goose pimples and shivered when the boy finally told his mum that he sees ghost and how his grandma visits their house.

Inception had a great plot, but TWISTS? Naa, it was pretty straight, just didnt know what was gonna happen next. Same with Blood Diamonds. The Illusionist had some twists, yeah, but a smart or intuitive fella could've seen it coming.

The most twisted movies are Shutter Island and Inception....shutter Island is d bomb sha...Imagine gettin to the ending of a film and finding out that everything, I mean everything was not as u thought...d whole drama was inside di caprio's mind....U guys shld watch τ̲̅ђε̲̣̣̣̥ movie and come back to this thread and confess....McDreamy
