First bank seems to be getting on my nerves recently. How can I have money in my account and can't withdraw using their ATM. When I try withdrawing behind the counter,I am expected to tender a form of identification which must either be a National I'd card,Drivers license or Int'l passport. Meanwhile,my account was opened using my Int'l passport which certainly should be reflecting on my mandate on their system along with passport photograph. Afterwhich,a transaction charge would be on my account for not using their faulty ATM ooo.
